Who keeps Expo 67 on time? The Swiss, of course… Swiss watchmaking was promoted through the 105 official clocks of Expo 67, whose control centre was located in the Swiss Pavilion. As agreed between the Canadian Corporation for EXPO 67 and all major watch organizations in Switzerland, the Swiss watch industry accepted the assignment of providing official time as a free public service for the duration of Expo 67.
